Services: WordPress website hosting provided by xPulsify.
User: Anyone using our services.
Content: Data, files, or websites hosted on our servers.

You agree to use our services legally and responsibly. Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payment is due upon invoice. Late payments may incur fees and could lead to suspension or termination. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

New customers have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing cycle via our client portal.
Only account owners can request cancellations.
No refunds after the 30-day period or for partial months.

We offer managed WordPress hosting with features like fast servers, automatic security updates, backups, and site cloning. Features may change with notice.

You must not use our services to:
Host illegal or harmful content.
Distribute malware or spam.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Host adult content (see Adult Content Policy below).
Run gambling, scams, or fraudulent activities.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund

Use of xPulsify services to post or host adult content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, any material considered pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult in nature, including images, videos, or text. Hosting of escort services, adult membership sites, or links to external adult websites is also forbidden.

xPulsify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services immediately if your account is found to involve adult content, at our sole discretion.

Users under 18 must have adult supervision. Payments must be made or authorized by an adult.

Pay on time.
Use services legally.
Keep backups; we do not guarantee data recovery.
Cooperate with any investigations.

We or you may end services with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations. Upon termination, all fees owed are due and access ends.

Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages. Our maximum liability is $1,000 or fees paid in the last two months.

We protect your data per our Privacy Policy. Confidential information will be kept private by both parties.

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept changes. You may cancel if you disagree.
